Spring is a time to refresh, renew, and emerge. What better way to welcome the season than to play with a new skill, and refresh our spring wardrobes? In this workshop, participants are invited to bring any clothing items that they would like to adorn with spring botanical embroidery. We will spend the day stitching together, learning embroidery techniques and giving new life to old garments.

This workshop will run from 10-4 in our woodland yurt, and includes a simple lunch at midday.

What to expect:

• A friendly, social, atmosphere

• Mentorship around basic embroidery stitches

• A selection of spring themed “stick and stitch” patterns to add to your clothing, or tools to create your own design

• Herbal tea throughout the day

• A pot of hearty soup for lunch

• Inspiration to continue stitching at home!

What to bring:

• Any garments you’d like to embellish for spring! Natural, non-stretchy fabrics work best. Think cotton, linen, denim…
